JOB DETAILS Gender: Male Only Age Limit: 25–40 Years Experience: Minimum 5 Years Salary: €700–€800 per month Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day Working Days: 6 Days per Week Food Allowance: Provided Accommodation: Provided JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in producing mozzarella cheese, milk, yogurt and other dairy products. Handle raw milk and dairy ingredients according to production requirements. Assist with pasteurization, curd preparation, cutting, stretching and shaping mozzarella. Operate dairy processing machinery and assist with packaging and labeling. Monitor product quality and storage conditions. Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas. Follow food safety, hygiene and production standards. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of experience in a dairy factory, preferably in Italy. Experience in mozzarella or cheese production is highly preferred. Good knowledge of dairy processing and food safety hygiene. Ability to handle raw materials and operate dairy processing equipment. Physically fit, hardworking and reliable. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Basic English communication skills preferred.
