Experience in - Concrete foundations and structures - Equipment foundations - Buildings and substations - Boundary walls and fences - Cable trenches and concrete structures - Steel structures and supports - Roofs, floors and waterproofing systems Experience in identifying and assessing concrete cracks, corrosion, settlement, water leakage and structural deterioration. Ability to prepare inspection reports, maintenance plans, BOQs, material requirements and technical specifications.
