Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles including vans, trucks, trailers and commercial vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, gearboxes and clutch systems. Inspect and repair braking systems, suspension systems, steering systems and drivetrain components. Perform routine service requirements and diagnose engine performance problems. Conduct troubleshooting and breakdown repairs when required. Ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy before release for operation.
