SMART ENTERPRISES MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS – RA 9092 URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR AL MALQA RESTAURANT Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Position: CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP) - Age: 24–30 years - Salary: SR 2,400–2,600 + SR 200 Job Description - Must have passed High School. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same field. - Knowledge of section management, mise en place, cooking, recipe/portion control, quality, FIFO/FEFO, waste management, and guiding junior staff. - Must be fluent in English and good-looking. - Experience in French and Italian cuisine is mandatory. Terms and Conditions - Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. - Contract Period: 2 years, renewable. - Medical Benefits: As per Saudi Arabian labour law. - Leave Benefits: As per Saudi Arabian labour law. - Accommodation: Free, provided by the company. - Transportation: Free, provided by the company. - Age Limit: Below 40 years.
