SMART ENTERPRISES Approved by Ministry of External Affairs, India RA 9092 HIRING FOR ALBANIA Position: BRUNCH CHEF (FEMALE) - Salary: 800 EURO - Age Limit: Below 40 years REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience as a Brunch / Breakfast Chef or similar. - Good knowledge of breakfast and brunch cuisine. - Good food presentation and portion control. - Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety. - Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. - Good teamwork and communication skills. - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. - Culinary qualification is an advantage. MAIN DUTIES - Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes. - Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards. - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation. - Control freshness, portions, and food waste. - Support menu preparation and new dish ideas. - Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams. - Monitor stock and report shortages. - Follow food safety regulations. WORKING HOURS - Mainly: 07:00–15:00 - Other shifts may occasionally be 08:00–16:00 or 15:00–23:00, depending on operational needs.
