SMART ENTERPRISES Approved by Ministry of External Affairs RA 9092 URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR MACEDONIA PROCESS OPERATOR – QUANTITY Net Salary: €550 JOB DESCRIPTION - Knowledge of food processing methods and production operations. - Understanding of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and GMP. - Ability to operate and monitor food processing machinery and equipment. - Knowledge of temperature, pressure, pH, mixing, heating, cooling, and processing parameters. - Understanding of quality control procedures and product specifications. - Ability to identify process deviations and take corrective action. - Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures. - Ability to maintain production records and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
