HSE Officer - UAE

Overview: We are hiring for HSE Officer position in Dubai, UAE. Permanent employment with CV selection and online interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and requirements at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, project requirements and applicable UAE regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations and risk assessments.
• Monitor the safe execution of construction and site activities.
• Identify unsafe conditions and practices and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and HSE awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe occurrences and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with project management, supervisors and contractors on HSE matters.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records and other required documentation.
• Ensure continuous compliance with project HSE requirements.
