SMART ENTERPRISES RA 9092 Approved by Ministry of External Affairs URGENT JOB VACANCY FOR SINGAPORE Work Pass: S PASS Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Industry: Construction / Building & Civil Engineering Gender: Male / Female Age Limit: Below 45 Years Qualification: Diploma or higher in a relevant field Experience: Singapore QS experience mandatory Language: Fluent in English SALARY & BENEFITS - Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500–4,000 - Salary negotiable based on experience - Accommodation: Provided - Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - Days Off: 4 days per month - Overtime Rate: 1.5x JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform quantity take-offs independently. - Read and interpret construction drawings. - Calculate quantities accurately and prepare measurements. - Support construction quantity surveying activities. - Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all calculations. REQUIREMENTS - Mandatory Singapore QS experience. - Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field. - Fluent in English. - Strong knowledge of construction drawings and quantity take-offs. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented work attitude. - Construction-related QS experience preferred.
