Job Requirements & Criteria 1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an FMCG Sales Supervisor. 2. Experience working with soft drink brands or reputed FMCG brands such as: - Almarai - Al Safi Danone - Nestlé - P&G - Similar brands. 3. Ability to manage a team of Van Salesmen within a defined geographical territory. 4. Ability to manage daily sales operations and distribution. 5. Ability to develop new customers and negotiate with potential clients. 6. Ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales and distribution targets. 7. Ability to supervise and drive the performance of field-based FMCG sales teams. 8. Qualification: B.Sc. / MBA preferred. 9. GCC valid light driving licence is an advantage. 3. Additional Conditions - Basic salary increase after probation based on performance. - ECNR candidates only. 4.
