Senior Operator - Process Plant

Role Overview: Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of process units in an offshore production facility, including DCS operations, process monitoring, field rounds, and ensuring compliance with operating and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor process units, utilities and associated equipment
• Handle DCS operations, alarms and process control parameters
• Execute plant start-up, normal operations, shutdown and emergency procedures
• Conduct field rounds and report abnormal conditions
• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO and HSE procedures
• Coordinate equipment isolation and maintenance handover
• Maintain shift logs, operating records and handover reports
• Guide and support junior operators
