No. However, more than 90% of Employers are approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, India (at the time of their registration on GULFWalkin). We also allow some Sub-Agents to post jobs since they do recruitment under Approved Agents.
Visit the official eMigrate portal at emigrate.gov.in → RA Consolidated Report. Click the PDF icon on that page to download the complete list of all Ministry-approved Recruiting Agents, then use Ctrl+F to search for your employer's name inside the PDF. If the recruiter is a Sub-Agent, ask for their main agent's name and verify that instead.
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs maintains a public list of all approved Recruitment Agents (RA). You can search for any employer or agency and download the official consolidated PDF to confirm they are government-authorised before paying any fees or sharing documents.
