Job Description
Mechanical BIM Modeller:
Create and update 3D BIM models for HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, FCUs, AHUs, and plant rooms. Ability to read material submittals and modify Revit families accordingly.
Electrical BIM Modeller:
Create and update BIM models for cable trays, conduits, trunking, lighting, sockets, DBs, panels, and ELV systems. Ability to read material submittals and modify model families accordingly.
