Positions Available

CNC EDM Wirecut Machinist

Operate, set up, and program CNC EDM Wirecut machines.
Precision machining of critical components like Gate Valve Parts, Couplings, and Premium Threads.
Work with high-grade materials such as Alloy Steel, Inconel, and Stainless Steel.
Troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance of machines.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all machining operations.

CAD/CAM Programmer

Expertise in Mastercam, SolidWorks, Edgecam, and PowerMill software.
Develop programs for precision machining, including milling, turning, drilling, and complex geometries.
Work on components like Gate Valves, Stems, Seats, Couplings, and Premium Threads.
Ensure accurate CAD/CAM designs for various machining operations.
Perform toolpath optimization and simulation to enhance machining efficiency.

CNC Machinist – Milling & Turning (Multi-Skill)

Operate, set up, program , and optimize CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Multi-Axis Machining Centers .
Perform precision machining on Shafts, Stems, Casings, Sleeves, Bushings, and Couplings .
Execute Milling, Drilling, Boring, Grinding, and Threading operations.
Create and modify CNC programs for high-precision machining.
Specialize in Coupling, VAM, Tenaris, API, and ACME Threads .
Work with tight tolerances for API, VAM, and Tenaris standards.
Handle Alloy Steel, Inconel, and Stainless Steel materials.
Optimize tool selection, work holding, and cycle time .
Troubleshoot machining and programming errors to enhance efficiency.

Salary Package

4000 to 5000 SAR + Accommodation + Allowances + OT

Eligibility

Degree/DME/ITI with 7-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Precision Machining.
