Qualification: Any bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2-3 Years Experience

* Quotation & Proforma Invoices: Prepare and submit quotes and proforma invoices for Sales teams.
* Sales Orders & Task ID: Create sales orders and inspection task IDs, securing necessary approvals.
* CRM & Customer Setup: Update CRM, create prospects, and convert them into customers.
* Meetings & Reports: Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, generate sales reports, and update payment forecasts.
* Payment & Balance Follow-ups: Follow up on outstanding payments and balance confirmations.
* Document & Invoice Management: Track trade licenses, VAT, CAS, CAF forms, and upload in NetSuite.
* Coordination & Support: Assist with operations, customer job details, work permits, and invoice submissions.
* Terms Review: Verify offshore terms before quote submission.
