SR	POSITION	SALARY IN OMR	QTY
1	CHILLER TECHNICIAN	180 - 250	10	Exp In Both Water- & Air-Cooled Chiller (preferably Daikin, Trane, Carrier, York). Understanding of chilled water system, pump operation, and AHU/FCU connections. Ability to perform periodic preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repair. Good command over chiller control panels and BMS integration. ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Min: 5+ yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
2	MEP SUPERVISOR (D/L)	250 - 300	10	Supervise and lead MEP teams for daily operations and emergency maintenance. Ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are operational and compliant. Manage documentation and coordinate with clients/contractors. Must Be valid Omani (GCC)Driving Licensee Holder Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Min: 5+ yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
3	PUMP TECHNICIAN	160 - 200	10	Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, booster or Circulation pumps). Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as shaft misalignment, bearing failures, seal leaks, vibration, and noise. Dismantle, repair, and reassemble pumps and related components (impellers, seals, couplings). Conduct pump performance tests and efficiency checks. Monitor pump operation parameters and report abnormalities. Assist in installation, commissioning, and alignment of new pump system. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all tasks ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
4	ELECTRICIAN	160 - 180	10	Experience in commercial/residential electrical maintenance. Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase Motor Control systems, all LV Installation & Maintenance Work Capable of handling DBs, breakers, lighting, and power sockets. Should be able to troubleshoot electrical faults safely and efficiently. ITI/Diploma in Electrical Min 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
5	ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN	200 - 280	10	Expertise in repairing and maintaining CCTV/ Fire Alarm System, electronic control boards, sensors, and timers. Familiar with, AV systems, Score boards LED screens and automation panels. Moderate experience in computer and network. ITI/Diploma in Electronics Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
