SR	POSITION	SALARY IN OMR	QTY
1	GENERATOR TECHNICIAN	260 - 300	5	Operate, maintain, and repair diesel generators and related control panels, AMF Panel Perform load testing, fuel system checks, and electrical fault diagnosis. Ensure uninterrupted power supply during outages. ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
2	HVAC TECHNICIAN	180 - 250	10	including DX units, split ACs, cassette units, package units, and ventilation systems. Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, electrical/control issues, and airflow problems. Monitor and adjust system performance using BMS (Building Management Systems) and local chiller control panels Replace and service components like compressors, fan motors, filters, belts, actuators, thermostats, and sensors Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal equipment downtime Including FCU & AHU ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
3	LAUNDRY TECHNICIAN	160 - 220	10	Maintain and repair laundry equipment (washers, dryers, presses, steamers). Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Replace belts, valves, motors, and electrical components as required. ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry
4	MAINTENANCE ENGINEER	500 - 650	5	Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Coordinate technicians and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance Supervisor. Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycle management Review and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor system performance using BMS and CMMS platforms. Serve as the primary technical liaison between the facilities management team and the client’s representatives. Attend regular meetings with the client to discuss maintenance activities, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects. Provide timely and clear updates, technical reports, and recommendations to the client. Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating effective solutions. Conduct site inspections, issue technical reports, CAPA, HSE Reports and ensure safety compliance and well versed with FM Industry standards. BE/B-TECH in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry

9 hours of duty + overtime
one day off in a week
