Workshop Foreman

Work Shop Foreman:
1. Supervision all machining works in the machine shop
2. Development of Machine shop
3. Provide technical support to machinists
4. Lead for Perform precision machining works in the horizontal lathe, Vertical Lathe, Horizontal Boring machine, Milling
machine, etc.
5. The setting of various shapes in the machine.
6. Make suitable fixtures for different types of jobs.
7. Selection of proper types of tools and fixtures.
8. Tooling and purchase support of special tools for different jobs.
9. Able to complete jobs on a tight schedule.
10. Lead team and achieve production targets, work under pressure.
11. Making hand sketch drawings for jobs performing.
12. Ensure HSE requirements of the company on the job.
13. Knowledge of construction of Ball valves, gate valves, check valves, control valves, etc.
14. Familiar with ASME & API standards related to production
15. Prioritizing the jobs as per the production plan and client requirements
16. Responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient running of the workshop
17. Deliver Tool Box Talks
18. Site services related to valves
19. Valve repairing Activities such as dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -
1) Industrial Training/Diploma in MECHANICAL or Instrumentation Eng.
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in the Valve industry
